Hurricane Milton:
While our stores are online 24/7, our offices and warehouse are located in Sanford, Florida which is currently in the path of Hurricane Milton. Both will be closed from Wednesday, October 9 thru the weekend. We hope to re-open on Monday, October 14 but this will be dependent upon conditions including potential power outages in our area.
Our warehouses in other parts of the country including North Carolina, California, and Texas will remain open and will be shipping orders as quickly as possible - the closure affects only customer service and our smallest warehouse here in Florida. Our owner, Lori, will be answering phone calls as much as possible (call 407-574-5327), though please allow extra time for replies for email and other communications.
Please note that all shipping carriers, Fedex, UPS and USPS, may experience delivery delays before, during and after the hurricane so please allow extra time for delivery. We will not be able to guarantee normal delivery timeframes as they are out of our control as you can understand. See the carrier websites for information in your area.
We hope all in the path of the storm, especially those on the west coast of Florida, evacuate as needed and Milton will not cause as much devastation as predicted. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we deal with this latest, unexpected act of Mother Nature. The best way to support us and other small businesses in the path of the hurricane is to continue to place your orders as normal during this period.
